Kathmandu. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company has put up more than 1.125 million units of shares for sale.
A total of 1,125,344 units shares of the promoter group of the company are for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the shares.
Interested bidders can apply for the shares at NIC Asia Capital Limited, Thapathali, Kathmandu. The application has to be submitted within 35 days.
If no application is received from the existing promoter within the stipulated period, the company will open the sale of shares to other individuals and organizations.
