Kathmandu. The IPO of Super Khudi Hydropower Limited has been issued on March 30. Global IME Capital, the issue manager for the IPO issuance, is issuing the IPO at 8:30 am today.
The company had issued the IPO to the general public from February 19 to February 11. The company is issuing 12,86,500 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public.
According to Global IME Capital, a total of 2,81,64,850 units of shares were sought from 2,620,341 applicants in the IPO. Out of the total 2,580,470 applicants, 2,77,03,880 units of shares have been validated while 4,61,070 units of shares sought from 39,871 applicants have been validated.
The IPO has also been allotted through lottery due to more applications than the demand. Out of the total applicants, 1,28,650 applicants got 10 units of shares each, while 2,451,820 applicants were left empty-handed.
