Kathmandu. Shares of Sopan Pharmaceuticals Ltd will be trading in the secondary market from Monday.
The initial public offering (IPO) of Sopan Pharmaceuticals has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. The IPO of any company starts trading from the second day of its listing. According to this provision, the shares of the company will be traded from Monday. Shares are not traded on Saturdays and Sundays.
A total of 1,71,60,000 units of shares of Sopan Pharmaceuticals have been listed on NEPSE. Out of the offered 42,90,000 units, the promoter has 1,28,70,000 units (75%) and the general public has issued 42,90,000 units (25%).
For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum of Rs 92.15 to a maximum of Rs 276.45 per share. The company has received SOPL as a trading signal.
In the special session on Monday, the company’s shares will be traded for the regular session if they are traded within the range set by NEPSE.
Sopan Pharmaceuticals had opened its initial public offering (IPO) from April 13 to April 20. The IPO was allotted on April 17.
