Kathmandu. The lock-up period for a total of 1,22,22,553 units of shares of Mandu Hydropower Limited will end after September 7. The company has issued a notice today.
Out of the total offered shares, 1,20,00,000 units of shares have been allotted to the promoter shareholders, 1,93,700 units have been allotted to residents of the project affected areas and 28,853 units have been allotted to the employees of the company.
The promoter shareholders, project affected and employees of the company have to keep their shares in locks for three years from the date of IPO issuance to the public.
The company had issued the IPO and issued it to the general public on September 24, 2080.
