Kathmandu. Shangri-La Development Bank for the fiscal year 2082. The company has declared a dividend for 83 years.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 10.5263 per cent dividend of Rs 393,59,842.69 out of its consolidated profit of the current fiscal year. Out of this, 4 per cent has a bonus share worth Rs 149.36 million 740.22 and a cash dividend of Rs 243,697,102.47 (including tax on cash and bonus).
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
