Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given permission to Himparbat Hydropower to float an IPO.
The Securities Board of India (SEBON) has approved Himparat Hydropower to issue an initial public offering (IPO) on October 20. The company will now issue an IPO worth Rs 59.15 crore. According to this, the company will sell a total of 59,15,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.
Citizens Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.
The Securities Board approved the IPO after 5.5 months. Earlier, the Securities Board had given permission to Everest Color to float the IPO on April 15.
