Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added 5 companies to its pipeline.
Hotel Siraichuli, Sahas Engineering Hydropower, Peace Energy Company, Unitech Hydropower Company and Moonlight Hydropower Company have applied to the Securities Board of India seeking IPO approval. These companies will issue IPOs after the Securities Board of India approves it.

Hotel Siraichuli is going to come up with an IPO worth a total of Rs 15 crore. If it gets permission from the Securities Board, the hotel will issue a total of 15 lakh units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100.

Peace Energy Company has sought permission to issue a total of 32 lakh units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100. Machhapuchchhre Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of this company.
Similarly, Unitech Hydropower has sought permission to issue a total of 19,70,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100. Laxmi Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of the company.
Moonlight Hydropower has sought permission to issue a total of 92,41,426 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100. Laxmi Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of the company.
