Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added the initial public offering (IPO) of the company.
United Energy has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal seeking permission to issue the IPO. The company will issue an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 41.60 crore. The company will issue a total of 41,60,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.
Laxmi Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
