Kathmandu. The Sanima Reliance Vision to Value 2083 program, organized with the objective of evaluating the performance of a fiscal year, honoring the best and formulating a plan for the coming year, has concluded with the slogan “Empowering the Pinnacle for Elite Results”.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Mr. Ratan Lal Kedia and Member of the Board of Directors of the company, Mr. Bharat Kumar Todi inaugurated the program by lighting a lamp on the Panas. The program was attended by Chief Executive Officer Shiva Nath Pandey, Deputy CEO Nirajan Kandel, Chief Business Officers, Provincial Chiefs, Departmental Heads, Regional Managers, Area Managers, Best Section Managers, Marketing Officers and Customer Service Officers.
Addressing the program, the Chairman of the company, Mr. Rattan Lal Kedia congratulated all the employees for the success achieved in the collection of premium in the last financial year. Honoring the achievements, he cited team collaboration and interdepartmental coordination as the basis for continued success. He also presented a strategic plan for the coming year and said that he will give priority to new product innovation, CSR activities, and standardization of branch offices to strengthen institutional impact.
Speaking at the event, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shivanath Pandey emphasized on the need to focus on product diversification and market understanding, recognizing teamwork and achievements. He committed to sustainable growth and stakeholder value creation, emphasizing corporate governance and compliance.
Regional Manager, Area Manager, Section Head, Sub-Branch Head, Marketing Officer and Customer Service Executives were felicitated for their outstanding work and goals in the last fiscal year. Presenting the data of the company in the last fiscal year, the Deputy CEO of the company said that everyone should work day and night to take the company to a new height this year. At the event, excellent branch managers and circuit managers shared their work experiences.
