Kathmandu. Sanima Bank for the Fiscal Year 2081. Proposals for 82 have been announced.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on Friday has proposed to distribute cash dividend to the shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year. The bank has proposed to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 1.07 billion (including tax) out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 13.58 billion.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
