Kathmandu. The government has decided to distribute salaries to government employees on a fortnightly basis instead of a monthly basis.
Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has directed to make such arrangements by taking a ministerial decision.
In the letter issued by the Ministry’s Secretary Dr Suman Dahal, the ministry has directed the government to make necessary arrangements for the distribution of remuneration on a fortnightly basis based on the minister-level decision of April 18.
