A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Thursday decided to distribute a total cash dividend of Rs 393.39 million (including taxes) to the shareholders of the current paid-up capital of Rs 2.62 billion for the current fiscal year.
According to the company, the cash dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority after approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
