Kathmandu. An agreement has been signed between the Citizens Investment Fund and Sabhapokhari Hydropower Limited to underwrite shares. The agreement signed on Wednesday was signed by the Fund’s Executive Director Shobha Shrestha Subedi and the Managing Director of Sabhapokhari Hydro, Shriram Devkota.
The Fund will underwrite shares worth Rs 100 million for the issuance of shares by Sabhapokhari Hydro at a rate of Rs 100 per share, for a total of Rs 100 million.
