Kathmandu. Federal Socialist Party (RSP) lawmaker DP Aryal has been elected the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Arjun Narsingh KC, who chaired the meeting of the House of Representatives, announced that Aryal has been elected the Speaker unopposed.
KC has announced that Aryal is the only candidate for the post of mayor. Rabi Lamichhane, president of Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP), had proposed Aryal’s name for the post of Speaker.
