The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute Rs 30 per share dividend to its shareholders.
The dividend will be approved by the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on January 14, 2018.
The company has decided to close the book from January 20 to January 15 for the purpose of dividend and AGM. This means that shareholders held before January 20 will be eligible to receive dividends and attend meetings.
