Kathmandu. The promoter shares of Nepal Finance Limited are open for the general public. The company has issued 10,000 units of promoter shares to the public.
The shares were opened to the general public after no application was received from any of the promoter shareholders. Any person and company can apply for the purchase of the shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 100. Interested investors should apply to the company’s central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
