Kathmandu. Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has published its unaudited financial details for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year. According to the report, the profit of the company has decreased compared to the previous year.
The company earned a net profit of Rs 65.31 crore at the end of the last FY. The profit was 25.36 percent lower than the corresponding period of the previous FY. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 87.50 crore in the same quarter last year.
During the period, the microfinance company earned a net interest income of Rs 1.27 billion. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 1.79 billion in the same period last year. The net interest income of the microfinance company has also decreased compared to the previous year.
Similarly, operating profit decreased to Rs 930 million from Rs 1.27 billion. The company’s paid-up capital has increased from Rs 4.31 billion to Rs 4.92 billion. The microfinance company’s reserve fund stood at Rs 4.33 billion in the review period.
The total assets of the microfinance company increased from Rs 41.50 billion to Rs 41.99 billion. The net loan disbursed by the microfinance company to small farmers and other cooperatives increased from Rs 34.30 billion to Rs 35.39 billion.
