Kathmandu. More than 15,14,000 units of shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance are for sale.
A total of 1,514,900 units of shares of the promoter group of the company are for sale. Existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
Applications for the purchase have to be submitted within 35 days. The applications can be submitted to the central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the issue will be opened for other individuals and organizations.
