Kathmandu. North City Multipurpose Limited is going to hold its first annual general meeting on Monday, May 24. The meeting will be held at 3:00 pm at the company’s office located at Tokha-10, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse a proposal to be submitted to the regulatory body for approval for the initial public offering equivalent to 20 percent of the current capital to be maintained after the capital increase. The meeting will approve a resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to carry out all the activities related to the IPO.
The meeting will approve the financial statements of the last fiscal year, appoint the auditor for the current fiscal year, elect the Board of Directors, determine the allowances and facilities of the high-ranking employees and authorize the Board of Directors to make necessary amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
