The District Administration Office, Kathmandu, has issued a notice directing the operation of night business after 9:00 pm. KATHMANDU — The district administration has directed all the night business to be operated in Kathmandu district till 9:00 pm from that date until another decision in view of the security of the upcoming House of Representatives election.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu administration has banned the celebration of Holi in public places. The administration has urged family and friends to celebrate the Holi festival in a well-managed and dignified manner at their doorsteps.
