Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: NIC ASIA Capital has declared 50% cash dividend to its shareholders. The board meeting of the company held on August 10 has decided to distribute 50 percent cash dividend including tax.
The same meeting of Capital has called for its 10th Annual General Meeting on September 10. The meeting will begin at nine am at the registered office of the capital, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
The AGM will approve the proposed 50% cash dividend along with the annual report of the Board of Directors.
