Kathmandu. NIC ASIA Bank has decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on February 29 decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting also decided to send the financial details of the last fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
