Kathmandu. Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has contributed Rs. 28,20,249 to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund with the objective of supporting the rescue, relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by the recent floods and natural disasters in various areas including Bhotekoshi.
Chairman of the organization Raj Kumar Rai, Chief Executive Officer Keshav Kumar Poudel, Assistant Chief Executive Officer Rishi Prasad Neupane, Senior Manager Raghunath Subedi and Company Secretary and Head of Manpower Management Department Rajesh Shrestha were present on the occasion. The relief amount was handed over by Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle.
Expressing heartfelt condolences to all the deceased who lost their lives in the disaster, the organization has extended condolences to the bereaved family members and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured. It also wished for the success of the search and rescue operations of the missing persons at the earliest.
While handing over the relief amount, Chairman of the Organization, Raj Kumar Rai, said that the microfinance institutions should stand with the society and community even in times of need as they are dedicated to expanding services and financial access to the people by reaching their doorsteps. Stressing that all sides should cooperate and cooperate according to their capacity and capacity during the time of disaster, he expressed commitment that Nerude Mirmire would always be positive and supportive in humanitarian activities.
