Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal SBI Bank Limited (NSBL) has provided school bags, educational and sports materials to the students of Shree Seto Gurans Model Balbatika Basic School, Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City-8, Sunsari as a part of its CSR program. The PPEs were handed over by the bank’s Koshi Province Chief, Damayanti Joshi, to Laxmi Chaudhary, Principal of White Rhododendron Model Balbatika.

With this initiative, the bank aims to improve the learning environment of the school and make it easier for students. More than 110 students from poor and underprivileged communities have been benefitted from this program. The program was attended by teachers, students and other bank officials.

The bank has been carrying out such activities from time to time at the community level. The bank has been providing banking services for the last 32 years. The bank currently has 103 branches, 22 extension counters, seven provincial offices, 21 branchless banking units, 127 ATMs and one corporate office.
