Kathmandu. Nepal SBI Bank (NSB) last fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank has decided to distribute 9% dividend of Rs 10.89 billion to its shareholders from the distributable amount of the current FY. This includes 4% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend.
The dividend will be approved by the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
