Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Bank Limited (NBBL) has decided not to distribute dividend for the current fiscal year. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on December 17 has decided not to distribute any dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The bank will approve the audited financial statements of the fiscal year 2081/82 and submit it to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval to present it to the AGM.
