Kathmandu. Neco Insurance has urged the insured to submit the necessary documents and proceed with the claim payment process.
The company has issued a notice today, urging the insured to do so regarding insurance claims filed by mid-Falgun. ‘We request the insured who have not submitted the necessary documents to the company or the surveyor for claim settlement or have not been in contact with the company regarding claims filed by Falgun to contact the company’s central office or nearest branch office or surveyor with the necessary documents within 15 days of the publication of this notice and expedite the claim payment process,’ the notice said.
The company has clarified that the insurance claim files of the insured who have not been in contact with the necessary documents within the specified time limit will be closed.
