Kathmandu. The National Life Insurance Company (erstwhile National Insurance Institute) is holding its first general meeting today. The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm at the company’s head office at Ramshah Path in Kathmandu.
The meeting will approve the capital enhancement plan approved by the board of directors. The assembly will pass a special resolution authorising the board of directors to carry out and carry out timely amendments to the company’s management letter and regulations.
The meeting also presented the annual report of the chairman of the board of directors as well as the fiscal year 2069 BS. 70 to 2073. Financial statements including profit and loss account, cash flow statement along with auditor’s report up to Rs 74 will be discussed and approved.
Assembly for fiscal year 2076. 77 to 2078. External auditors Subash Poudel and Bijay Singh Parajuli, who have been appointed by the Board of Directors in consultation with the Office of the Auditor General, will be appointed and their remuneration approved.
