Kathmandu. Two directors have been appointed in the National Life Insurance Company.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Vinay Raman Poudel, as the director representing Rastriya Banijya Bank. The bank had sent a letter on September 29 recommending the appointment of Poudel as the director of the company.
Similarly, the meeting has decided to appoint Saraswati Adhikari as a director who is currently vacant in the board of directors. Her appointment will be approved by the next annual general meeting, the company said.
