A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on April 29 decided not to distribute dividend for the fiscal year. With this decision, the hands of the shareholders are going to be empty.
The organization has decided to submit the financial statements of the fiscal year to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. After the approval of the financial statements from the central bank, it will be presented in the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
