KATHMANDU: A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited and Good Karma Residency to provide easy housing loans.
Chief Executive Officer of the bank Mr. Tara Manandhar and Chairman of Karma Residencies, Mr. Karma Tenzing signed an agreement on behalf of their customers wanting to purchase residential units of Maharajgunj Residencies.
As per the agreement, eligible customers will be able to avail the home loan facility at a premium of Base Rate + 0.25 percent as per the prevailing policies and norms of the bank. The maximum tenure of the loan will be 30 years.
The agreement is expected to help the customers of Karma Residencies’ residential projects to raise the necessary financial resources for the purchase of homes and apartments. The loan facility will be available as per the customer’s eligibility, credit rating, property valuation, legal and technical examination and prevailing policies of the bank.
The bank has been providing housing, auto, agriculture and other loans at competitive interest rates.
