Kathmandu. The auction period of 46.5 lakh units of shares of Mayakhola Hydropower Company is about to expire.
According to the notice published by the company, the lock-in period for a total of 76,48,000 units of shares of the company will end on February 9. Currently, 66 Lakh units of promoters, 10 Lakh units of project affected locals and 48,000 units of employees have been put in the lockup. The shares will be traded after February 25.
The promoter, local and employee shares of any company have to be held for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
