Kathmandu. Mandu Hydropower Fiscal Year 2081. 82 and 2082. The company has declared a dividend for 83 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday for the fiscal year 2082. The government has decided to distribute cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 163,636,440 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.36 billion.
Similarly, the previous fiscal year 2081. The company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 10.5263 percent of its current paid-up capital from the accumulated profit of the company. The company has 10 percent bonus shares and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The company is going to hold its 14th and 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 3. The meeting will be held at Nepa Banquet in Naya Bazaar, Kathmandu from 10:00 am.
The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after the meeting approves the dividend.
