Kathmandu. The government has taken a policy to make the contribution-based social security system mandatory. President Ram Chandra Poudel said this while presenting the policies and programmes for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS in the parliament today.
Further strengthening the concept of Integrated Social Security Fund, coordination will be made between social security programs run by employees provident fund and citizen investment fund and other agencies.
