Kathmandu. Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited has been appointed as the share registrar of the bank. As per the decision of the Board of Directors of the company, Machhapuchchhre Capital has been appointed as the share registrar from August 12.
Machhapuchchhre Capital will now be able to maintain records of all the securities of the bank, dematerialize shares, transfer and other works.
