Kathmandu. More than 1,51,000 shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank are up for sale.
A total of 1,51,585 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank have been put up for sale. Ordinary investors and institutions can apply for the purchase.
A period of 15 days has been given for this. Eligible investors can apply for the purchase of shares at the central office of the bank at Dilli Bazaar in Kathmandu within this period.
Earlier, the existing promoter shareholders of the bank were given 35 days to sell the shares. However, after the application for purchase of shares was not received from the promoter shareholders, the share sale was opened to other individuals and institutions.
