Kathmandu. Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited has issued 1,803 units of promoter shares. Diwakar Kucheria, the founder shareholder of the bank, has filed an application for the sale of the shares in his name.
The interested promoter shareholders can submit their application to the company’s central office at Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu within 35 days.
If the application is not received from the existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the shares will be sold to other individuals and promoter shareholders.
