Kathmandu. In the first month of the fiscal year 2082/83 alone, life insurance companies have collected around Rs 3.5 billion in first insurance premium. KATHMANDU: Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has collected Rs 3.47 billion in insurance premiums from its customers.
During this period, Nepal Life Insurance Company has collected the highest premium. The company has collected Rs 76.55 crore in insurance premiums. National Life Insurance has collected Rs 52.55 crore in insurance premiums. LIC Nepal has collected Rs 25.72 crore in insurance premium.

Surya Jyoti Life Insurance has earned a premium of Rs 25.49 crore. IME Life has collected Rs 25.31 crore in insurance premium. Himalayan Life Insurance has collected Rs 22.21 crore in its first insurance premium. Citizen Life has collected Rs 22.17 crore in insurance premium.
Asian Life Insurance has collected Rs 17.62 crore in insurance premiums. Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has collected Rs 16.84 crore in insurance premium. National Life Insurance Company (NLI) has collected Rs 15.7 crore in insurance premium. Sanima Life Insurance has collected Rs 14.27 crore as insurance premium.
Met Life has collected Rs 12.25 crore in insurance premiums. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has collected Rs 12.01 crore in insurance premiums from its customers. KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance has collected Rs 8.52 crore in insurance premium.
