The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 5.2632% dividend out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 600 million to its shareholders for the current fiscal year. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company and distributed to the shareholders.
