Kathmandu. Kalanga Hydro is opening its initial public offering (IPO) to the general public from May 22. The company is going to open the issue to the general public in the second phase after issuing the IPO for the locals of the project-affected areas and the Nepalis who are employed abroad.
The company will issue 28,70,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public. Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 20,000 units.
The interested bidders can apply for the shares from the banks and financial institutions that are participating in the ASBA service and their designated branches and CDSC’s Mero shares.
The IPO will be issued on May 26 at the earliest and on June 22. Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
