Kathmandu. IME Life Insurance Company Limited has organized IME Life Business Excellence Award Night, 2026 on Friday, July 29. The event was held amidst a grand ceremony at Hotel Yak & Yeti.
According to the company, the main objective of this program is to motivate all the agents to work with high respect and energy for the agents who are working day and night in the company. The Insurance Company Limited has been organizing such programs regularly with the objective of capacity building, motivation and motivating of its agents. More than 350 agents were actively present in the program.
The award distribution ceremony was graced by the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of IME Group, senior management and other members of IME Group.
On the occasion, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Khilendra Poudel, welcomed the guests and explained the purpose of the program. He also said that the hard work and use of technology of the agents is the main reason for the significant progress made by the company and the company has the responsibility to use the highest technology in the coming days to support the hard work of the agents.
Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director of IME Group, Hemraj Dhakal said that the company has taken an encouraging lead in the last 8 years and has been making strides in the service delivery sector using technology.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Dr. Ramhari Aryal said that every insurance agent should play the role of an insurance consultant to make this profession respected and the company will continue to support them by organizing additional trainings for their professional capacity.
Similarly, Chief Executive Officer of the company, Pawan Khadraka said that the company has announced the fiscal year 2082. He said that there is no doubt that agents have played a major role in the success of doing a remarkable business in 83. He added that the company has been revising its services from time to time and is confident that the company’s digital service delivery will further improve the company’s digital service delivery and achieve business achievements in the coming days.
According to the company, the best work in the financial year 2082÷83 and the agent who issued many insurance policies were given the award.
