Kathmandu. Himalaya Energy Development Company Limited will hold its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, November 30. The meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m.
The meeting will be held at Vaquit, Thapagaon, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The 134th meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on October 3 fixed the date for the meeting.
The AGM shall present, discuss and approve the annual report of FY 2082/083 by the Chairperson on behalf of the Board of Directors, the financial statements including balance sheet, profit or loss accounts and cash flow of FY 2082/083 along with the auditor’s report.
