Kathmandu. The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has started homework to amend the construction works of public importance that have been stalled due to the dispute of various cases.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, said that a decision was made to form a high-level taskforce to submit a report within 15 days after carrying out necessary study for policy, legal and institutional reforms.
“In view of the fact that infrastructure construction and development projects have not been completed on time due to the cases filed at the court, the cost has increased exorbitantly, and a huge amount of money is being spent on the country,” she wrote, adding that it has been decided to form a high-level taskforce to carry out necessary study for policy, legal and institutional reforms and submit a report within 15 days.
