Kathmandu. The Community Microfinance Company Limited has organized the first half-yearly review seminar and training program on loan recovery management for the current fiscal year 2082/083. The program was organized by the central office of the financial institution at Ugrachandi Hotel in Banepa, Kavre, which started on January 29, 2082 and concluded on January 30, 2082.
In a three-day training program on loan recovery management, branch office chiefs of all 44 branches of the organization and regional heads of 10 regions reviewed the progress of the program for the fiscal year 2082/083 BS and made strategic plans for the next six months.
During the presentation, Chief Executive Officer of the financial institution Dilip Kumar Pokharel and Deputy Chief Executive Officer Belumaya Magar provided necessary guidance on the problems faced during the operation of the branch office.
In the second session of the program, training was imparted on loan recovery by the Department of Debt Recovery. On the occasion, Department Chiefs Lalit Kumar Ralav and Narayan Adhikari imparted training on the reasons for loan exceeding the loan agreement and the problems related to the recovery management and strategic plan to resolve them.
A total of 75 participants including 44 branch chiefs, 10 regional office regional office heads and department heads of central offices attended the three-day half-yearly review seminar and training on debt recovery management.
