Kathmandu. Excise duty on cigarettes has been increased by 10 percent, while on alcohol and beer. Presenting the budget for the next fiscal year, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle said this. An umbrella law will be introduced to make non-tax and revenue mobilization effective.
