Kathmandu. Employees of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) have decided to continue their sit-in and pen-down programme.
The employees of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had started the agitation following a letter from the Ministry of Finance on September 2. The agitation was jointly organized by both the employees’ unions and the unions demanding the cancellation of the letter.
The employees had postponed the 1-hour sit-in and pawn after the Acharya Code came into force due to the recent elections to the House of Representatives.
The employees have started a 1-hour sit-in and pawn again from Thursday. Both the unions have said that they will continue their agitation until their demands are met.
