Kathmandu. The stock market closed down by double digits today. Today, the NEPSE index decreased by 13.46 points to close at 2,766 points. Today, the share prices of 63 companies have increased while the share prices of 198 companies have fallen.
A total of 1,06,17,483 shares of 353 companies were traded during the day. Everest Bank’s non-convertible debentures were traded the highest ever today. The debentures worth Rs 340.1 million were traded on the day. Shares of Ankhukhola Hydropower Company worth Rs 320.5 million were traded. Shares of Central Finance Ltd worth Rs 18.52 crore were traded.
Today, the investors of Kalinchowk Hydropower Company have earned the most money. Today, the company’s investors have earned 14.99 percent. Investors in Nyadi Hydropower gained 9.16 percent. The unit holders of Nepal SBI Bank Debentures have earned 7.21 percent.
Today, the highest number of SBL debentures have been lost by the unit holders of 2084. Today, its unit owners lost 10.48 percent.
