Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has concluded its four-day ‘Mid-Year Business Strategy Conference’ in an enthusiastic and fruitful manner. The formal session of the program was held from January 3 to January 20 and the participants were given an opportunity to visit the beautiful religious and touristic areas of Dolakha district, Kalinchowk and Shillong to enhance freshness, motivation and teamwork.
A total of 77 participants including the company’s management team, some department heads and branch managers across the country participated in the conference organized to review the mid-term business progress of the company, formulate future strategy and boost the morale of the employees.
In the program, the business achievements up to mid-term of the current fiscal year were reviewed and necessary strategic discussions were held to achieve the future goals.
A total of 48 branch managers were felicitated by the management team for achieving 100% business targets by mid-fiscal year. The company believes that this has made the branch leadership of the company more excited and responsible.
In addition, the administrative reforms required to make the company’s services more customer-centric, technology-friendly and simple were also discussed in the program. A coordinated discussion was held between the management and the branch level to make the process quick, transparent and easy.
