The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute cash dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. The company has decided to distribute Rs 1 billion cash dividend (including tax) to 20% of the current paid-up capital of Rs 5 billion.
The dividend will be approved by the Ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company after approval from the Insurance Authority of Nepal.
