Kathmandu. Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BPHL) is set to issue right shares to its shareholders from April 22.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to the company to issue 100% right shares at a ratio of 1:1 with a paid-up capital of Rs 400 million. The company will issue a total of 4 million units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100.
Investors can apply for these right shares from ASBA approved banks and financial institutions and their designated branches as well as CDSC’s Mero shares. Applications can be submitted till April 26, 2083.
NIC ASIA Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
